Online Certification Submission:
Electronic Prescribing Waiver (EPW) is an online application that allows a practitioner to certify that he or she will not issue more than twenty-five prescriptions for controlled and non-controlled substances during a twelve-month period. EPW is accessed through the Health Commerce System (HCS), the same portal used to access the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
