On 9/05/2024, DOH released a new webpage, 'Guidance on HCBS Compliance Review Questions.'
The purpose of this webpage is to provide guidance to Social Adult Day Care (SADC) sites regarding compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Settings Final Rule standards and other state and federal requirements, such as annual certification through OMIG and registration with NYC Aging (SADC sites in NYC only).
On 7/29/2024, DOH released a new webpage, 'Social Adult Day Care Home and Community Based Services Compliance Review: Roles and Responsibilities.'
This webpage is a resource for Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans and SADC sites which outlines the HCBS Compliance Review process and the responsibilities of the MLTC plans, the SADC sites, and DOH within each phase of the process.
