Due to the anticipated size of proposals, bidders must contact Mr. Zeccolo a minimum of two (2) business days in advance of the anticipated delivery date. A delivery window of two (2) hours ending no later than 4:00 PM (1:00 PM on November 19, 2010) must be provided at that time. The name of the proposed delivery company should also be provided at that time. The bidder will be responsible for transporting the proposals to room 322 of the building.
