Grants Gateway will be sunsetting due to the conversion to the Statewide Financial System. All language pertaining to the Grants Gateway contained in the attached RFA #20171 and its attachments, including, but not limited to, Section IV.E. How to file an application, and Section V.A., paragraphs one and two, are hereby removed as of August 31, 2024.
The following are instructions for future applications to RFA #20171, Component A and B
- Grants Gateway Applications for RFA #20171 (Component A and B) were only accepted for submission until August 31, 2024. Any applications currently in process in Grants Gateway needed to be submitted by that date. If your application was not ready for submission by that date, please download and save all aspects of the application that have been completed and follow the guidance below for submitting an application outside of Grants Gateway.
- The New York State Contract Reporter Ad #2093397 has been updated for the revised posting of RFA #20171 and all attachments. Instructions for application and submission for RFA #20171, Component A and B are changed starting September 1, 2024 as follows:
- Starting September 1, 2024 all applications for RFA #20171, Component A and B, will need to be completed and submitted, as instructed in the attached “Updated language for RFA 20171” document, to email address: DFHDWF@health.ny.gov.
- Interested eligible municipalities must submit All required information/documentation that is listed in the attached “Updated language for RFA 20171” document to apply:
- The following attachments have been updated to reflect the changes described above and are attached, with all attachments, to this posting:
- Attachment 9 – Offline Budget Instructions (formerly Grants Gateway Budget Instructions)
- Attachment 10 – Offline Budget document (formerly Grants Gateway Budget Data Entry Guidelines)
If possible, submit all required documentation together in one PDF file and the Budget document (Attachment 10) as an EXCEL file. If you need to send separate documents, please make sure the name of the municipality, DWFRFA 20171, and the document title, is listed in the header/name of each file. Please submit these documents via email to DFHDWF@health.ny.gov by the application due date and time listed on the cover page of the RFA.
