The New York State Department of Health (the Department) has requested that the EBBRAC review the current scientific research/evidence on the topics listed below and make a recommendation regarding Medicaid coverage of the proposed technology, service or drug:

Public Presentations
Public presentations are in person only and limited to the topics on the agenda. Presentations are limited to two (2) minutes and the total public presentation period will not exceed seventy-five (75) minutes.
The Department reserves the right to limit the number of interested parties providing public presentations to meet timelines and accomplish meeting objectives.
Interested parties must notify the Department by July 19, 2024, of their request to address the EBBRAC in person during the public presentation period. Requests may be submitted via e-mail to EBBRAC@health.ny.gov. Please include “EBBRAC Speaker Request” in the subject line of your email and complete the information in the template at the attached link.
Evidence-Based Benefit Review Advisory Committee Public Presentation Registration Form
All parties wishing to present must provide a written statement summarizing the key points. Written statements must be received in an electronic format by July 19, 2024. Written statements should summarize key points and may not exceed two (2) pages in length.
